Refund & Return policy

At Hodges Homestead, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our homemade food. Because our products are perishable and produced under the Tennessee Food Freedom Act, our return and refund policies are strictly enforced for health and safety reasons.
1. Returns Due to food safety regulations and the nature of our home-based operation, we cannot accept returns of any food items once they have left the farmstand.
2. Refunds and Replacements We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If an item is spoiled, significantly flawed, or if you received the incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement of equal value or a full refund.
We may kindly request that you provide a photo of the item or return the uneaten portion to the stand so we can investigate the issue.
3. Pre-Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel a pre-order, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this window will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time cannot be refunded, as the ingredients and preparation time have already been allocated for your custom order.
